El cliente mediante el servicio de pedidos, envía tanto las imágenes como los datos (nombres, valores, textos) necesarios para personalizar cada producto. Nuestro equipo de diseño comprueba las imágenes y datos enviados por el cliente y finaliza el pedido en nuestras instalaciones.
Para realizar un pedido no necesitas tener ningún conocimiento, tan sólo tienes que preocuparte de que las imágenes que envíes tengan un calidad suficiente para realizar el diseño.
Hay que tener en cuenta que los productos personalizados se realizan uno a uno. Cada producto tiene un tiempo de producción específico. Nuestros pedidos tardan un máximo de 5 días laborables sin contar fines de semana en llegar al cliente.
Los productos personalizados no se pueden devolver salvo por error de fabricación o mal estado del producto. Ten en cuenta que estos productos no se pueden revender a terceros.
